DETROIT ORGANIZER DEPLOYS FIRST REPARATIONS DAO TREASURY COUNCIL ON ETHEREUM BLOCKCHAIN

Historic Multi-Signature Treasury Governed by Three Black Women Deploys Days Before UN-Observed Presentation; Wayne County Court Witnesses Called to Come Forward

DETROIT, MI — On June 9, 2026, the Global Reparations DAO Treasury Council was deployed on the Ethereum blockchain as a verified multi-signature wallet — the first reparations-focused DAO to establish a functional, on-chain governance treasury. The contract address is 0xF21939cc6fE3A46647fcC66d80955925d60bA080. It is permanent, immutable, and publicly verifiable. The treasury is governed by three Black women founding signers; any two of three must approve all transactions, ensuring no single person controls DAO resources.

The Treasury Council was founded by Anita Belle, President of the Reparations Labor Union and representative of Melanin Biotech Productions LLC, the fundraising arm of the DAO and owner of the Exodus to Mars Afrofuturist NFT universe, alongside two co-founding women whose names will be announced upon their consent. The governance structure seats nine members, minimum five women, grounded in repairing the legal doctrine of partus sequitur ventrem — sovereignty over reparations belongs to those from whom it was taken, beginning with Black women.

The DAO’s founding is rooted in documented resistance to systemic judicial irregularities in Wayne County’s court system. The Reparations Labor Union is calling on anyone with business in a Wayne County court to: download your Register of Actions; check for judicial reassignments without a signed court order; and if irregularities exist, submit your documentation at forms.gle/M5CAU88R87qmMjgN7 or email info@reparationsworld.com. Unauthorized judicial reassignments may void judgments. Every whistle-blowing submission strengthens the evidentiary record in active federal civil rights case No. 2:26-cv-11509-MAG-APP, Eastern District of Michigan.

The Treasury Council’s founding will be presented at NCOBRA-Detroit’s virtual meeting on Sunday, June 14, 2026, where Belle delivers “Unrigging Reparations through Blockchain Reparations” before a member of the United Nations Working Group of Experts on People of African Descent attending as an observer. Register for the free event at Eventnoire: events.eventnoire.com/e/ncobra-detroit-virtual-meeting-13 or Eventbrite: eventbrite.com/e/ncobra-detroit-june-2026-meeting-tickets-1989848747168.

“This treasury is witness protection,” said Belle. “Begging the powerful for justice is a strategy with a documented failure rate. We stopped waiting. We’re breaking our chains with blockchain.”

NFTs supporting the Global Reparations DAO mission are available through Juneteenth, June 19, 2026, at exodustomars.net.

About the Global Reparations DAO

The Global Reparations DAO’s Founding Covenant is a verified 1-of-1 ERC-721 NFT on Ethereum (https://manifold.xyz/@skyqueenmother/contract/149293296/5). Its proposed asset-backed digital currency, RUBI (Reparations and Universal Basic Income), will deliver reparations to Afrodescendants in the diaspora and universal basic income to Africans on the continent, aligned with the March 25, 2026 UN General Assembly Resolution adopted by 123 nations. Melanin Biotech Productions LLC (Michigan) is the fundraising arm and producer of the Exodus to Mars Afrofuturist NFT universe. Governing principle: Herushalom — “Better to build trust than power.”

The reparations NFT is a meaningful gift that supports a vital cause and promotes financial justice.

A large banner reading 'AFL-CIO Supports Black Lives Matter' hangs prominently on the side of a beige building. In the foreground, the tops of green trees are visible, and the sky is clear with a bright blue hue. Partially obscured by the trees, a domed building with a gold-colored top is visible.
