Dear Ambassadors, the Congressional Black Caucus, Reparations Advocates, and Diaspora Partners,

On April 25, 2026, Uranus enters Gemini for the first time in 84 years — beginning a seven-year cycle historically associated with revolutions in communication, technology, and information.

Pattern recognition warns us to pay attention.

The last Uranus-Gemini transit ran from 1941 to 1949. That era produced the United Nations and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It also produced the atomic bomb — deployed against Japanese civilian populations, part of a longer historical pattern of mass violence directed at non-white peoples across centuries.

That pattern was not cosmic. It was chosen. Repeatedly. By people with power and technology and decisions to make.

We are at the same crossroads. Artificial intelligence, decentralized technology, and information systems are being built right now that will shape the next seven years and beyond. The question is not whether disruption is coming. It is who controls it and toward what end.

We choose reparations over repetition. We choose distribution over destruction. We choose to use this moment in spacetime to build peace — not to repeat the patterns that led to world war.

A Call to Black Lawyers — The Stakes Are High

A Black Detroit homeowner is facing federal court pro se.

The case involves:

• A Sheriff's Sale conducted against deceased parties — legally void on its face

• A family home protected by a Lady Bird Deed

• A court hearing for which no official court record exists

• A mid-case judge change with corroborating witnesses including adverse counsel

• FOIA denials by Wayne County Corporation Counsel and the City of Detroit

This home is also the registered address of the Reparations Labor Union and Melanin Biotech Productions LLC and the address for the NCOBRA-Detroit Chapter. This is not just a housing case. It is a civil rights case with organizational consequences.

This is not an isolated case. This is a pattern. And the federal filing deadline is May 9, 2026 or two weeks from today.

NCOBRA National Convention

Howard University School of Law | June 25–28, 2026 | Washington, D.C.

The National Coalition of Blacks for Reparations in America holds its National Convention this June at one of America's most storied institutions of Black legal scholarship.

Anita Belle, President of the Reparations Labor Union and Co-Chair of NCOBRA-Detroit, will present Blockchain Reparations — a concrete framework for how decentralized technology can move reparative justice from resolution to enforceable reality.

This presentation will include:

• The Global Reparations DAO governance structure

• RUBI — Reparations and Universal Basic Income

• NFT-based fundraising as reparative economic infrastructure

• The Wyoming DAO LLC legal framework and a roadmap for how reparations organizations can use it
